Cubes: VIP Tour of New York Magazine
Recently, the folks at New York Magazine let MediabistroTV take a tour its offices at the intersection of Varick and Canal Street in New York City.
Nestled next to the entrance to the Holland Tunnel, the writers, artists, photographers and digital types inhabiting the sunlit space are watched by the ghosts of covers past, giving the impression Bernie Madoff in Joker makeup, the half dark/half light Manhattan after Superstorm Sandy and a suspicious looking Joaquin Phoenix want them to do something memorable, like watch this episode of "Cubes."

Hey, that's a lovely tour. Am so inspired. My professor asked us to write a business proposal and i thought of writing a magazine business proposal. I intend to have 20 employees. I would be glad if you can help me or refer to where and how i can create a business proposal of a small scale magazine. I just want to know the breakdown business proposal of your organisation as a source of inspiration. Also i would like to know the ideal office space for a small scale magazine business office.
