OH SWEET MOTHER OF GOD I PLAYED 42 CARDS THE ENTIRE TIME. So Arena ALWAYS defaults 17 total land instead of defaulting to 40 total cards, and because I was counting Emeria and Shatterskull I completely forgot to take out the default ... Thanks arena

This deck absolutely slapped when I saw it earlier today. I had to go back to work before I saw if Kenji was able to get to 7 wins, but I’m fairly certain this one got there.

Is there a lore reason Kenji doesn't activate Giver of Runes in response to Fateful Absence to protect Skyclave Apparition? Granted, the opponent could have popped it next turn, but that is minus 4 damage.

Try $0. With certain events, he may even net money, although typically it's just netting gems / gold.

If you’re good at drafting it’s quite possible to draft infinitely without investing more into gems. I’m like medium and can usually get 5-7 drafts out of one entry cost
