It’s never been revealed who he is and Joe don’t want anyone to know who he is. I mean that was what Cuban really wanted to know from the beginning and Joe wouldn’t tell him. He allegedly sent Cuban a letter from his lawyer saying he will pay for the surgery to fix his face but Cuban would then be unable to ever talk about the incident again

Complete chaos when the fighting between Joe and Sunkiss started and Cuban tried to break it up. I believe him when he said he don’t know. When I interviewed Gilly he said he was just as confused watching it from afar and said you couldn’t really tell what happened but the tape from that event disappeared
