Why people's give CSIR NET exam more than once if he / she already cleared lectureship + JRF in their first attempt.

If u qualify ls it for life time and u can use it anytime but JRF is only valid for 2 years if u don't use it within 2 years then it will be invalid and after that again u need to qualify JRF

kartik sharma i would say first after graduation, do msc and then give ugc net to get LS (lectureship )after this by continuing your job you can appear for csir or ugc net for jrf.after which you can easily do your phd while you are earning.
