Last one ceramics CTe less than metal.would there be a gap when metal shrinks...
This is not logical, can you explain again? If cte of metal is higher, it will shrink more during cooling and ceramic will not go along. there will be gap between materials and scenario that you describes as 2. I think 2. and 3. scenario should be reversed. Please help! Thanks
