0:11 "A half-witted controller fell asleep at the switch down at the Train Yard." Uh, no. A half-witted engineer put 8888 into notch 8 without setting up the dynamic brakes properly because he was approaching a switch and didn't think he was going to make it. He was able to set it in the proper direction, but when he tried to get back on, due to 888 being in *NOTCH 8 WITHOUT THE DYNAMICS OPERATING,* he was dragged 80 or so yards by the train, thus creating this situation.
