I transfer in a few semesters. What dorm or hall would I be staying in since I’m transfer student ?

It depends! Parkside is only freshmen as far as I know, so you wouldn't be there. I think you get to rank the buildings you want :)
I applied on the 6th of this month (April). How long does it usually take for me to know if I got accepted? Any tips? Please let me know.. I’m anxious to know if I was accepted ! Deadline is the April 30th..

Hey! Sorry I don’t remember how long it took when I applied. I definitely knew by the end of May but I don’t remember exactly when it was.

The one I have is a Lenovo Yoga, and it has worked pretty well for me. What kind of laptop you need depends a lot on your major. For me, I just need to use word for my essays and chrome for internet. If your major is going to require graphic design programs or advanced video editing or something like that, then you might want to look at something more advanced like an HP Spectre or some sort of Mac. I didn't even look at Macs because they tend to be so expensive, and my windows laptop works just fine. I hope that sort of helped haha :)

Was your dorm a premium or standard room double in the traditional halls?

Hi Elizabeth! From what I remember, there weren't premium or standard rooms, but this dorm was in a traditional hall. The only two types of dorm buildings on campus were traditional halls or suites, and all the rooms were double. I think you could pay more if you wanted a single room though? I don't remember sorry! There should be information on the housing website!
