CSIR : council of scientific and industrial research, contemporary R&D organisation which holds many laboratories and research center, while UGC: university grant commision , a satutory body set up by ministry of education, its role to provide recognition to universities in India... CSIR basically organize NET exam for science streams like mathematical science, lifesciences, physical science, chemical sciences, earth science While ugc net is conducted for rest of other streams like humanities, commerce, history, economics etc

Paper hindi m bhi ata hai. But koi pure hindi medium se nhi padhata or hi notes available hai in hindi
