In a landmark initiative to enhance access to pre-litigation advice across the country, a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was signed between CSC SPV and the Department of Justice, Government of India. The agreement aims to provide pre-litigation advice through Common Service Centers (CSCs), Nyaya Sahayaks, and Tele-Law Frontline Coordinators (TFC). This collaboration marks a significant step towards ensuring legal aid and support for all citizens, especially those in rural and remote areas.
The MoA signing ceremony was graced by the presence of Sh. Sanjay Kumar Rajesh, Managing Director and CEO of CSC SPV, and Sh. Niraj Kumar Gayagi, Joint Secretary of Access to Justice (A2J), Department of Justice.
