Good consultation but I think prudent to discuss previous attacks (if not on previous consult info) and check not affecting mood.

Will definitely use that structure My only question - is it useful to discuss mood is incsse he also needs eg antidepressant as he is frustrated and down and has a chronic illness that likely to cause him to be depressed - so should some depression screening questions be fired in there? Then if he is the options could be discussed next time he is seen (ie in two weeks)
