I'm watching these to get myself ready for my consultation. I'm extremely nervous and have massive anxiety, so I'll come back to this if it helps me.

Hx of smoking, hx of IMB or post coital bleeding as part of history taking. I thought the instructions at the end were excellent and giving the leaflet with the information was also good practice.
very good thank you just needed more history for hpv screening, breast cancer history, breast examination
Risks of cervical and breast cancer as well as VTE were missed but generally well covered

I think she did ask about leg pains/ family hx of clots
Contraception consultation are usually longer than 10mins. This was a tight squeeze
missed to discuss the risk of breast cancer and VTE
history of cancers, STI history and counselling
diarrhoea & vomiting advise??
