Here is some helpful tips if you want them: 1. You should be aiming at head level at all times. There were a lot of instances I saw where you were aiming at corners at body level. 2. I see a lot of "swiping" in your mouse movement. Depending on how big your mouse pad is, you might want to adjust your sensitivity higher/lower to get a much smoother aiming movement. 3. Play on Deathmatch community servers! The players on these servers are much higher skill level than in regular deathmatch. In my opinion playing against harder opponents will help improve your aim.
