this song, and its normal version, sound similar to the style used in crywolf's angels ep, somehow. it's nostalgic, a bit bittersweet, but in the best of ways. and it's lovely to hear emalyn again, as well! i can't wait to hear the full album

I love that you're embracing the "hushed" versions of your songs. I fall asleep to a playlist that includes untitled christmas song (piano instrumental) and it helps me drift into sleep. i would love to hear more of your stuff stripped down/acoustic/hushed/quieter in the future.

How is it your music makes me feel the way it does? The unadulterated emotion, the cryptic lyrics in all of your music, blended with the most (I struggle to explain so I'll just say) real emotions. Like I can hear MY pain, joy, sorrow, regret, rage in your voice and instrumentation. It's as though these songs already exist deep within me and you just bring them into reality by sharing them with me. Thank you for creating such beautiful, deep music. You say things that words alone couldn't hold a candle to. I can hear within your music that you have felt similar to me and that makes me feel..well, not alone. Thank you.

Holy crap when I heard the singing I was absolutely awe strucked, amazing. Gonna share this, with my friends.

The original produced version is a onslaught of emotion and energy. This and the acoustic version are a perfectly stripped down drowning, wrapped in imperfections that humanize in a way that draws in the listener and forces emotions from the depths to a crescendo of resonance. A perfect representation of what makes your creations so compelling. I will always love your dissonant moments of ethereal harmony and melancholy more than the highly produced works that layer so much that you are a smaller part of the whole. I would "wear out the tape" on an entire album like the moments presented here and in the acoustic version; happily living in a world where I can physically feel the whole thing through my skin and down to my bones every time I listen. Thanks for doing what you do.
