I first heard Crystal Lewis' songs back in 2000 while in college. Almost 20 years later, I"m still listening. Lewis' lyrics say, "Don't fret. I've been before. Through these valleys. Down these long and dangerous roads... The LORD your God who goes before you will Himself fight on your behalf...Deuteronomy 1:30 No matter what mountain or trial we face, God is already climbing it and making a way. Thank you, Jesus.

I must be left brained. When I heard/saw this video/song...I didn't think bedroom - lover scene. My quiet place alone is my bedroom...that is where I pray, study, seek Him. How the well intentioned meaning of this song got caught up in hyper religiousity...I will never know. People...Trust Him. Don't let the critics detract from this anointed song.

Kim Savage Yess thank you for that cuz thats where i am mostly during my quiet time alone with my Master in my bedroom, closet, corner somewhere lol even though we know he is every where (shower, car, job, bus station)etc. People just need to remove those thoughts and just Trust him and believe he will do what he says!! My human failure is a lack of trust both in God and the man God brought into my life. It comes from being afraid to let Someone lead the way and boy does that cause all sorts of pain! I will need to be reminded daily lest I forget.
