Hello! Nice video! First time I see the filling procedure and I have been looking for a video for a while. May I ask, how long does it take for the pressure in the tank to build up so that you can constantly extract liquid nitrogen from it? Thank you!

One question. Why is everyone so worried about touching liquid nitrogen (for a short duration)? Wouldn't the leidenfrost effect stop you from getting blisters or freezing your hand?

Have a question, after the liquid nitrogen is put into the dispensing container how long can it stay in there?

The goal should be to accomplish the thinnest zone between dead tissue and live tissue. A single application is best for this. Remember, all tissue dies at -90C° or so and lives above freezing. In between, is an undesirable injury zone, where some tissue lives and some dies. So, try to hit the wart hard and keep the peripheral zone consistent and stationary, not expanding and contracting. Multiple cycles are contraindicated. #2 Warts and other growths tend to keep to themselves - temperature-wise. Easy to segregate thermally. #3 Warts. Ask the patient how deep? Patients can feel the depth of roots and is invaluable for determining how deep to freeze. #4 Q-tips. Use only paper Q-tips, wood will not hold N2. Notice the sloppy freeze zone where the presenter tries to "fuzz-up" the wooden Q-tip? Pristine paper Q-tips won't have this problem. #5 Tiny targets. Skin tags and other tiny targets may be best attacked by cutting-off the cotton end of a paper Q-tip. The paper stem will hold cold and can be extremely precise. Yes, it takes 4-6 "dips," but it's better than unnecessarily damaging surrounding tissue.
