I think a lot of these people shave their heads before they pierce their ears. I’m not sure why

In Asia people shave babies head because they believe they grow back thicker with frequent shaving

Well it's my baby I don't have to listen to the piercer if it were mine I'd be holding my baby tight and calming her down the mom is the one paying him

It’s not that the mothers don’t try to calm them down. If you pay attention, it’s the piercer that tells them not to. This mother was trying to put the baby on her breast as soon as the second ear was pierced, but the piercer told her not to initially. The reason being is that if you don’t react to the baby when they are crying like that, they actually typically calm down faster. When you react to the crying, it usually makes the child cry harder and longer.
