I have watched this for a second time, and I really think this is excellent. The market keeps going up so doing iron condors can really hurt you. But this strategy removes that problem. Love it!

How do you manage to collect more on a short spread than you can lose? The only way I can imagine you doing that is if you enter short and long legs of the call spread separately basically timing the entries. Is that what you're doing? Short of that, collecting more than you can lose while selling a 30 delta spread is impossible.

@@DorianTrader, to be clear, you don't remove risk on the upside. The risk is still there. You just compensate for the upside risk by selling wider short put spreads and collecting enough premium to compensate for the losses on the upside. However, these wider short put spreads are increasing your downside risk exponentially. I hope you're right about the direction. Otherwise, the downside will not be pretty.

Yes, absolutely. Just make sure you collect more than you can lose on the put side.

@@knowledgeseeker5499 Very true. But the no-upside risk iron condor is not just a sideways strategy. You can still make money if the market goes up big because you have no-upside risk. I like to set them up to make at least $100 even if the market goes up a lot. Thanks for the comments!
