17:34 How do you know that it’s 1 hour/ person. The question doesn’t tell that each person has equal meeting time, so I thought statement1 isn’t sufficient. Please correct me.

The first sentence says it is an individual (1) hour-long meeting. 1:00pm to 2:15pm would be the first meeting (1 hour meeting and 15mins break), and 2:15 to 3:30pm would be the Second meeting. Statement 1 says she's in her second meeting and hasn't met with Seth yet. This means Seth would be the last to meet at 3:30pm and not Fatima, therefore sufficient on its own.

@@MKEW2002 if “hour-long meeting” means 1-hour-long meeting, then i understand. Thanks for your reply!
