I feel like the loss of the extra heal + Petros now nerfed conceal makes Moskva better for almost every scenario, as for the module, I’ve tried with both UU and range and the only difference I can see without bias is more damage per pen, but not a huge noticeable dispersion buff. Still don't understand those players, how do people have fun by sitting in the back (both sides). I only play Brawl these days. Agree on the tankiness of Petro, it's slightly disappointing nowadays. Nice explanation again Ripper by the way,

4:12 pay more attention to minimap, stalin and some other BB in f8 could crush your broadside. I would push to the island to prevent a crossfire

The UU for the Petro is AWESOME. First game with this I had a guy in a Spanish CA wanted me reported for hacking because I got 8 out of 9 hits and 6 citadels at like 16k. That same day, I had my highest base xp ever (5k) in Petro. The thinning of the deck armor has definitely less tanky than she was. Nevertheless, I like DM and Napoli, but IMO, she is the BEST Cruiser in the game. My win rate shows that this is true for me, at least.

The funny thing, I have fun in cruisers, A few I am death. Any Russian cruiser I am a citadel ATM. Tier 8 and below I can play, but Petro, staly, moskva, riga are hard as hell for me to play.

Legendary upgrade increases AP damage, decreases dispersion by 11% and removes 1 consumable charge. Ripper_DD, you are correct on drop off. Was the original baked in nerf of the ship.

Ripper_DD, they nerfed the deck plating from 50 mm on the last nerf. So it is less tanky now.

Hahaha love that TLDW best Petro upgrade is moskva 😂 Firing rate does decrease with leg mod but increased alpha and accuracy makes up for it. With heavy AP shells Petro can get like 7k alpha

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the range mod only improves the vertical dispersion not the horizontal dispersion.

It improves all dispersion, but ESPECIALLY vertical. Napoli actually has the same dispersion table as petro, so also benefits greatly from range mod in the same way.

Let mod petro is for randoms, extra radar and heal are too important for petro role in CBs, range mod is basically the same as leg mod.

Only question is if Petro's EFFECTIVE range increases with range mod or not. If it is, then it is range mod. If it is not, then legendary. I don't think you explore it in random battle, but in training room that's it. You are welcome.

Range mod is the way to go. Let mod isn’t worth the loss of consumables and higher AP damage.
