For J&K, it's CrPC 1973 only. earlier it was Ranbir Penal Code which got repealed with the abrogation of Art. 370 of Constitution of India.

Ranbir penal code is a substantive law but crpc is procedural law, make your facts clear , both these can't replace eact other, IPC replaced RPC but crpc is a procedural law 👍

I thought you will go through crpc complete sections as your video thumbnain shows, but it was just section 2 of it.

Substantive laws are those laws which talks about the rights as IPC Method of getting the remedy is given by procedural law .... which talks about the procedure of the courts to get remedy that is crpc

If am not i m not incorrect, Cr.P.C, 1973 was enacted on 25th Jan, 1974 and came into force on 1st April,1974

V excellent . I think u should hv introduce Chapterwise CR.P.C. first n then elaborate it . U hv exactly done opposite. While elaborating also u should hv given sections also. This is just my opionion but otherwise really good try. 👍👍

Substantive law is written law which is talk about civil rights and responsibilities . Maybe I wrong but I was read somewhere 😅
