Much missed is the very talented Paul Hester! For me the best music came from Paul Hester, Neil Finn, Nick Seymour and later Mark Hart. The chemistry between them was magical and undeniable.

I miss flight of the conchords, was fortunate to find them on late British TV , funny fuckers, crowded house are my memory box,their cds are like a journal for me, keeps the brain fresh love them

Clearly, I grew up in the wrong country. I've been a Crowded House fan since I was 15, but I had no idea how big they were in Australia until I was much older. Most Americans can't even name a second song by them. Many confuse them with some other 80's "new wave" band or other (ikr? not even close). The first time I saw them in concert was in a small dive bar venue in Portland. It was standing room only for the minors, and my friends and I easily found a spot right in front of the stage. I remember Paul giving us all zany high-fives before exiting at the end of the show. Despite growing up poor in rural Oregon, I've managed to see them in concert 4 times. ❤

Thank you Crowded House, I love your music.

That was long overdue! They will always be my go to.

What I use to love about Crowded House & for that matter Split Enz is they never just played songs a la the albums - every time you saw them they mixed it up, you'd hear a different version, wonderful stuff!

Bernard Fanning; A gem.

The first time I saw crowded house I was 21 so sweet and so young. I should of been seeing twice in 2020 but due to covid - 19 it's been postponed until 2021 so now I will be seeing them when I'm the big 50. Older but never wiser lol but still loving crowded house missing Paul and always will miss Paul and love crowded house in all its forms ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I've already chastised someone about comparing and beatles, please they were the 60s version of a manufactured product, crowded house are unique and longevity is their legacy, simplicity and quality better than bitter and dead, these guys are my memory box. Every oldie is still fresh and could be listened to over and again with no boredom, quality endures, that's my thoughts anyway, glad we have a connection, that's universal conciseness collecting the vibes that spin the world round, wow I sound like a diety, lol I'm coming back down from highground

Very true! Nah these 'Encore' concerts are just a one-off. Crowded House is officially on hiatus after these gigs, and I can't see anything happening for a long time. Neil has a couple of solo projects in the works though.
