Is it just me or when you sawthe events did you think HQ had chosen events where they might find weaknesses with Rich? ie very little olympic lifts? Then he goes and crushes 4 workouts with 3 records!! Disconcerting for the other guys but with panchick, bailey, salo, khalipa, bridges, ben smith et al all looking in great shape the games is going to be epic!!!!!!

Its keeps the muscles tense in that area to avoid pulling or injuring them

Idea of Crossfit is little to no weakness in any event, isn't it? Unless they're doing gymnastics/agility, I don't see this guy being so subpar he can't get a good score. Handstand pushups are all strength since they lean on a wall. Event 6 was built for him.
