Amazing performance juice yes.
The dumbbells and the fact that they won’t be racked and you have to get them up each time will add quite a bit more time to peoples times. The overall winner worldwide, for the men might go about 13 minutes. I believe they should make the athletes lockout the dumbbells at the top before starting the first rep of each set. If you can drop down and let them settle at your shoulders and push up, that’s not as taxing and won’t separate athletes as much.

What does benchmark mean ? I am new to CF.

Crossfit has several 'benchmark' routines such as Amanda, Grace, Fran, Elizabeth etc. which are measures of fitness. They exist also for you and your coaches to track your success and fitness over time. They work as a reference to see how much your fitness has improved over time, as they are repeatable, observable and measurable.

very bad deadlift technique....Noah, you're a professional CrossFitter...you can do it better!
Like your work ethic, but most of your deadlifts don’t meet the standard. Hips must be fully open at the top of the lift. W/O that, = no rep = workout is fully invalid. Sorry!

@@dallredCF you’re joking right? So you feel a CrossFit athlete that has been to the games numerous times and is highly successful in the sport should “train” different than when they compete?? Standards are standard. You don’t train to do a benchmark workout to different standards. That’s nonsense
