First year was great for psvr2 all the highlights can't be done on standalone gt7, no man's sky, Madison, Res 4 , Res 8, synapse, call of mountain , crossfire, humanity that are just next level vr. A lot of good games are coming soon too, arken age, zombie army, fimament, aces of thunder, behemoth, wanderer, alien etc. if astro not a vr game not end of the world as long as they announce another few vr games by end of year. A lot of psvr2 panic never seen a system that people want to fail so much and every bad rumour becomes a fact and the good ones get ignored. If you spend your whole life waiting for the storm, you'll never enjoy the sunshine.

I think as long as context is given and trigger warnings are stated devs should be able to make whst they want. An option to skip anything traumatic could be an option. Personslly though give me anything . If rockstar wants some more headlines Manhunt 3 on PSVr2 please 🤣

I personally wouldn't be happy with a bit of astrobot in VR. The whole thing playable in VR or dont bother. And I think it needs to be at launch. I really dont think adding a VR mode later after people have played it, will get people to buy headsets. There are so many games that I have played the heck out of flat, and they come to VR and while Ill go into it and go, yes! This is better in VR, im unlikely to go through the whole game again if ive already played it flat. Even if its a really good game. This is why im afraid its probably too late (at least for me) for games like The last of us VR - which they still havent done, even though they have remastered it TWICE! Uhhh! Also personally not that bothered by a PSVR2 port of psvr Astrobot, again because I've already played it.

Since we're already where we are.. thinking about what coupd be good for sales & considering lots of flat screen ppl despise psvr2... I hope they announce later down the road that astrobot will have full game as an optional PSVR2 mode... let the flat screen ppl plan to buy without the "stain" of psvr2... If not... then let the game be flat.. let flat screen ppl fall even more in love with astrobot... then port the original rescue mission in psvr2 for the OG and hopefully for newer Astro fans. But that said... sony doesnt always do what we think is best so. We will enjoy what we have, and continue hoping for what we dont :p

In saints and sinners you can also kill all the non-zombie npcs, just saying!

It all depends on the context and reason for killing. Too far would be something like playing AS a serial killer, R*pe, Suicide(in specific cases), child exploitation. In fact, I think there should be no child characters in VR, period. It's crazy you have to point things like this out now that society is void of morality. Should be obvious.

I'd definitely agree it depends on context, which is why we had to go into spoilers as it carries the weight of the outcome. However, I'd still say it was a bit too far. My concern is also a lack of trigger warnings or the ability to skip certain things that you may find triggering. VR is still finding it's feet in some circumstances, and I don't want Devs to feel limited, but having people play out these scenes through what is essentially their own eyes can be quite difficult. I'm glad we chose this subject as it's definitely interesting to hear what the viewers don't like doing in VR or what they think is too much.
