Thanks for another great video! I would encourage you to look up light in the original hebrew though! There are 2 different words used in Genesis 1-the word used before God created the sun, moon & stars means “Jehovah as Israel’s light,” and the word used after means “a luminary.” I was fascinated by this, that God is saying He is our light!!!!

This is what jumped out to me also. I am new to the whole mapping thing but in cross referencing I have found many scriptures that speak of God as being the light. I just don't understand how to find it in the original Hebrew text.

I bought the Chapter book for John and love it. I’m thinking of presenting one of your available books to my small group to encourage them to get deeper in the Word.

Once I am done with the chapter and all the prompts and notes, then am I done? Or is this the interpretation? Or do I apply this to my life somehow? And what is it I am applying?

Can I ask I have a few bibles which I Love all of them and 2 Study bibles actually like your pink older favorite study bible . I am having a problem trying to start in what Book . What would you suggest?

Luke and Acts is a great combo then go back to Genesis and Exodus.

Ok , I'm old school , I prefer books to computer. So if you could also recommend some books to use that would be helpful

How do you decide what verses for a whole chapter? I understand for a single verse but not a whole chapter. Like in Matthew there are so many stories/sections that are all different. With Genesis chapter 1 it is all about creation. Does this make sense?

I try to find the main themes and repeated words to find what is most important and then I define words compare translations, and find cross reference verses based on those. ❤️
