For anyone still having issues connecting you need two controllers connected you need one plugged into the zen on standby and you need the one plugged into that you are using the only way around that is to connect Bluetooth to set that up you need to click the blue button on the left it will blink blue on the collective minds symbol then you plug in a wireless adapter this works for XBOX

Leave the zen on an older firmware and then load into zen studio app.

When I drag and drop it doesn’t open the menu. I’ve tried everything but nothing.

i believe its a sync issue. unplug your controller and replug until its fixed. At least....thats what people used to do to fix it lol

Should have a PC or Mac book to use zen studios for set up.

When I install the zen studio it pops up and it goes away shortly after any reason why

Was a bug apparently. Try redownloading zen studio and try again

For me it doesn’t let me move the script into the slot

How often do you need a pc to make adjustments/updates? My roomate is willing to set up the Zen with his pc. I just don't want to have to keep asking him to do updates/scripts etc. I only play pubg on xbox

Not often. Usually just firmware. Once you put the game packs from zen studio into the zen, you can switch up settings from the device itself

there should be 2 options. one for firmware and for zen studios. you will need both, but usually download firmware first

@@CronusChronicles I have windows 10. The error box appears first saying the beta build is more than a month old. I close that then zen studios comes up but says I need to download newest update and auto closes. I’ve updated to newest one.

Did you download zen studio first? And then check the tools tab (upper left of screen) for firmware update

yes, but you need a windows emulator in order to run zen studios. Boot camp or parallels are what most people use for this

What confused me is when you showed the short cable, but connected to your Xbox. Then you're showing a connection dialog box from your browser (that I assume is from your PC)
