I absolutely love this recipe. The roast was so juicy and tender. The flavor was out of this world.

When I lived in chgo we had green peppers on it also had grilled Italian sausage sometimes w peppers and melted cheese I'm hungry

Can’t wait to try that, I’ve always thrower in French onion 🧅 mix in with my roast

This looks like it's gonna be AWESOME? Speaking of awesome by the way, I made that recipe with pork chops in the crock pot over angel hair spaghetti, it was SO delicious! Only I served it over rice, Jasmine rice to be exact. Later, (cause there were left-overs) I put it over the spaghetti and that was great too! So, whenever you do these "crockpot" recipes I'm TOTALLY on board!!! Thanks Mrs. Catherine. See you next time!

I needed a great recipe for this. Our favorite place to get a French Dip Sandwich is in Houston on Montrose at Katz’s Deli. When we lived down there, we loved going there. But now that we moved to the Texas Hill Country, we haven’t found anyone that makes good ones! I will definitely try making this one. Looks really good.

That dipping sauce looks sooo delicious! Even without the meat it would be fantastic! Bring on the French baguette!👍😋🍽

The first time I had this was a cook out in the woods my ex girlfriends folks and her auntie made this in a huge pot ,I was in heaven instantly lol and they put italian peppers and served on brioche buns omg I think I ate 10 of those ,I remember some of them out cheese , but mine was the original just the beautiful broth and the tender meat and bun yummmm nostalgia hit home 🏠🏡 lol

I have beef slices, definitely gonna make this next week sometime!!!

I've done this in a Dutch oven over night, or all day while I'm at work, in the oven @ 250, but I used dry onion soup mix, but I'm certainly going to try your way in my crock pot! Seems easier and looks delicious! Yum! Can't wait to try it!
