Did you know traditional crochet or did you learn amigurumi first?

Amigurumi first!! Don't like crochet clothing (sweaters/socks/gloves) they don't feel good. I crochet amigurumi and knit clothing.
I learned traditional crochet first. I wish I would've known all these tips when I first started my amigurumi journey almost ten years ago. I made so many mistakes along my journey but, I've also learned a lot along the way. I love your tips, and how you explain things.

I've been knitting since I was little. started crocheting 5 years ago (blankets, blouses, etc.) and started with amigurumi recently. if I had just shown your tips and tricks, my start to crochet would have been so much better. Now I go all in with amigurumi 🤣 still knitting in the evening but otherwise it's amigurumi.
