Great design, but I found the tutorial to be very rushed at crucial transition parts. Sometimes an alternate explanation helps. As a beginner, it's very hard to follow you when you barely explain the placement of the stick, or which would be the correct way to count my stiched or sometimes even marking the stick. I am so glad there is a speed setting to KZread videos, and that I can undo my work if feels off, otherwise, I would be truly lost.

Please ... I'm a beginner and find it hard for me to understand from other videos how to make the base and increasing of purse 👝 but you made it clear and to the point but I always have a problem in finding the stitch that has one stitch and we add two more double crochet in order to increase and make it three... I got lost at this stitch 🙈 🙃 Hope also if you do us purse with star stitch...

You can use, DK or Aran weight, even 5 ply cotton yarn, and any hook size, 3, 4 or 4.5 mm.
