    Great tutorial and so helpful. One question regarding the tails, especially on the many colored bobble rows - do you just clip those tails off since they are inside the stitches, or do you need to sew those ends in (won't they show?). Thank you!

  • @TuulaMaaria

    @TuulaMaaria

    3 жыл бұрын

    If they run enough inside the stitches, like 4-5 cm or more, then I just clip them off. If it works out to have them less inside stitches, then it is safer to hide them with a needle.

    Hi Tuula 👋 When I'm crocheting round is it still better to do bobbles from wrong side?

  • @TuulaMaaria

    @TuulaMaaria

    9 ай бұрын

    I'm trying to think how you could do them from the right side. I would turn the go the other way around for those rounds. Maybe there is a way from the right side, would need to test one day!

    Hi there, I just made no a pattern with bobble stitches and I can’t figure out why summer of my rows are flat, The bobbles are inverted and they were done exactly the same! Any thoughts?

  • @TuulaMaaria

    @TuulaMaaria

    Maybe if your single crochet stitches are too loose, then they don't push the bobbles out?

    This works the same in any yarn, just need to check that your hook goes with the yarn. I was using DK weight wool.

  • @TuulaMaaria

    You mean each bobble having 4 colours? That is possible but you have all those colours to carry with you on the row.

    I'm having a little trouble with keeping the yarn colour hidden, can anyone tell me how I might fix it please?

  • @TuulaMaaria

    @TuulaMaaria

    That varies both on what colours you have and how tight or loose you crochet. Changing the hook to half a size may help so stitches are tighter.
