I bought it from a local yarn store. It's an Iranian brand called "Ana".

40cm=15,7 inches
My measurements were 5inchs bigger if I followed the exact measurements you used would it make a difference on how it would lay?

Hi Kayla! My bust circumference is about 31.5 inches, but the bust of the mannequin that is wearing the top is 36 inches, so I think it would have a nice fit on you too. However, if you want a looser fit, I would recommend that you add 6 more chains to the primary chains (107 chains in total). Let me know if you have any more questions!
