Crochet Button Cardigan Tutorial
Hi everyone and welcome back to my channel. To make this crochet ribbed cardigan with statement buttons I used Fluffy Day yarn from Hobbii. This yarn is on the thinner side of a weight 4 yarn so please keep that in mind.
I also used a 5mm and 3.5mm crochet hook and three stitch markers.

Hello! Did u use the yarn that she used?
I love pastels in the winter. They may even the most grey, dreary day more cheerful! Thanks Carrie!
This is amazing! I love the construction of it and the buttons are really original! thank you Carrie for this tutorial, I learned a lot from it and can't wait to make one!
Oh, I LOVE this so much ! Thank you for doing this tutorial. So neat how you made your own buttons.
I love your patterns so much! This will be the third one I’ve followed so far. I needed a nice simple cardigan of some kind for a bunch of strawberries I crocheted and this is absolutely perfect!
This is so gorgeous! Can't wait to make this!
Hi Carrie! This cardigan is so gorgeous. Will be ordering the Fluffy Days yarn, love the pastel color. Thank you
I love the idea of a crochet from side to side. I will try to make it this winter as I love cardigans.
Such a beautiful cropped cardigan!!! I really need to brush up and learn some more crochet so I could make this! Your voice is so soothing as well... watching this before bedtime, and I'm certain I'll have a restful sleep 😴❤👍
This is a Wonderful sweater! I love the buttons!!!
I just made it! It took me many hours and many months due to how busy I was - but I did a little each time I had time. I absolutely love the way that it turned out! Thank you so much - it looks so professional and even if it was a simple design with only 2 different types of stitch (which I already knew) all of your instructions were clear and the footage of how to make the buttons and button holes were also super clear and easy to follow (unlike some other tutorials where they cut out how they do certain things or miss out certain instructions eg. how many stitches across a row). I love all of your work and I am now starting on my next project!
I love those cuty buttons handmaked ! Thank U for sharing. Bonne continuation !
Thank you Carrie for sharing this gorgeous crochet cardigan tutorial ! You are so talented ! 😊💓

I'm making this cardigan for my Confirmation, and it is really gorgeous, and it's becoming perfect. And why does all of the items on our channel needs to be so pretty i wanna crochet all of them. Keep up the good work 🌸
I absolutely love this cardigan. The yarn and vertical style stitches are lovely. Would you be able to create a tutorial using the blo HDC stitch but for a sweater? Thank you Carrie. I love all your tutorials ❤️
Successfully made it in a week😍 Thank you for sharing
Thank you this is very beautiful
Almost finished my second one. This one I've adjusted to go past my bum. The other one was for my daughter. She loves it.
I like this work. Easy and very nice. Thanks!
Thank you for this pattern, i was just looking for something like this..
the buttons are so cute
Woowowww so pretty
This cardigan is beautiful! I decided to make one for myself as well using the yarn I have. It is much thicker than the yarn mentioned in the blog post. So I'm trying to follow the measurements instead of the chains used, to make the cardigan. The vertical measurements of the panels were provided in the blog post but horizontal widths were not. So I'd love to know the widths of each panel of the cardigan. (I'm making a small size as well so the measurements you used will be okay) Love your work 💕

I've been trying to figure out the same thing! I'm using thinner yarn and double crochet with hdc ribbing.

its the exact same for me! i think what ill do is make each panels width a bit smaller so maybe a few less rows. did you figure it out in the end anyways?

Thank you!
Me gusta mucho tu manera de explicar claro saludos desde Perú 😊
Nice suitel 💜
Thank you 🙏❤️🌹
Hi! Is there anywhere I can find the measurements of each piece in cm? Thank you!
Very nice. I'm on your website right now pinning some patterns. I have enough yarn for a short sleeve poncho maybe but really I'm looking for a sweater vest, short sleeve poncho or something I can do with 5 or 6 balls of Coboo yarn. Got 6 balls in white (2 more of a different dye lot but it's white) and 5 balls of mauve. Was planning on making shirts of some kind.
This is so cute, wondered if you could do this in a jumper pattern? X
Just stop by to say gorgeous my next project

❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you for including plus sizes in your pattern! As a plus size woman, it's so frustrating when creators stop at large.
Beautiful 💜🩵
This is the cutest thing i ever made♥️♥️♥️
Any idea about how this yarn stands up to wear and washes? This pattern is beautiful
This is so nice! I wosh you could include measurements so I could make one for my 2yr old
Hi, Carrie! Is it okay to use 100% cotton yarn for this project? I'm a bit worried that it won't look good 😓 I love your tutorials, by the way! This is my 2nd project following your tutorial. Hehe
I love this. How does it look on without buttons?
Hii! Great tutorial! Just wanted to know if you have sizing patterns for XS? I've checked your blog but didn't see it there. Thanks
Вауу😍👍
Супер, благодарю.
When you say "long tail", how long should the tail be? About the length of the piece I'm sewing? A little longer? Maybe twice the length? Or does it depend what stitch I'm using to seam together?
