This was so easy! I’m 14 and I like to try and crochet my own clothes for dolls (I’m really into doll customizing) but I don’t know how to read patterns! So having easy to follow tutorials REEEEEALLY helps!

awww that so cute! Have fun!
the doodle made me giggle
Your video for this project is the best I've used.. Thank you ❤️
I liked the overview before the actual construction started, this way I saw where my rows are headed and how the design came about this way, I can draft my own with different stitches even. Thanks for what you do.
Thank you so much I tried another way and I just didn’t like the look of it then I found yours ❤
It's a lovely hood. Now I know how to make one for Pickles, a toy dachsund.

You are welcome!☺️
I know that this is an older video, but is there a reason why you single crocheted the hood together rather than slip stitching it? I wonder if it makes a very big aesthetic or design difference.
Thank you so much for your video I'm making my daughter little red riding hood this year for halloween thanks for your help ☺🎃

Thank you so much, Leesa!🥰
Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️
Thank you. Nice
Your rectangle is so perfect did you go into the same stitch at the beginning of each row or did you go into the nest stitch?
Thank you.
I prefer step by step longer tutorials please. Thank you for all of the great videos
Thank you very much for your video. I don’t mind long tutorials but this one gave me the time to pause and keep up with you., so thank you either way. After making this hood, do you have another video that would show how to attach it to a shawl?

Crystal Hilton stitch it together like she stitched the rectangle for this. I'm gonna try that myself. Just can't figure out how she attached the yarn to the bottom
Thank you for your tutorial! This is perfect, I’m making and Anna costume for Halloween and this is exactly what I was looking for! 😁

How would I changed the pattern to accommodate a chucky yarn like Bernat Blanket yarn?
Thank you this helps, I am making a cardigan for a friend 😊
Would this hoodie fit about any top😊
Can we sew it onto a cardigan too?
Omg omg omg omg yess
Mam super. What is the size of hoodie .length, width , height please. Please reply me
Hey is this possible to be done with single crochets? That and can I add this to a sweater (it will be for a doll)

You can do it single crochets, you just have to add more rows. The chain length would remain the same.
How do you attach the yarn to the bottom of the hood? Do you have a tutorial for that I didn't get it

Azi Twist put hook through, put yarn on(with a slip knot), pull through., chain 1. Also one of the ways to change color at the end of a row.

smokeywood Thank you so much!!
You should probably mention that you are double crocheting in the back loops every row
I'm a beginner I would like if you would show how you started the hood.

Hi! I have a newer tutorial on my channel (cat hood) where I show you how to make the entire hood.
How wide is this please
🙂🙂🙂🙂
Ojalá hiciera las primeras puntadas un poco más despacio y no moverlo mucho que no se aprecia bien gracias
Why is the seam on the outside?? Is there a reason you chose this way??
@CrochetSavage

You can flip it inside out after u do the seam
@LovableLoops
4 жыл бұрын
Hi Kyla! Truthfully, I don’t recall why I chose to make it that way. If you prefer to hide your seam you can flip it inside out after you stitch it.
Be sure to measure. Not everyone's head or neck is the same size. My neck is short so 108 stitches would be much too long.
ترجمه خودکار فارسی هم بگذارید لطفا❤
You don't need to video every single step ~ maybe do 3-4 examples, then cut away (go off screen) & return when you're at the last stitch of that row (section). I got "tired" watching you do every single stitch, so I probably did a 'no-no' by fast forwarding through a section. I do like your hood!
Definitely a chatty cathy; a more succinct dialogue would be better, but overall great instruction
