Crochet Fingerless Gloves - In-depth Tutorial for Beginners
Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
For these Crochet Gloves you will need:
• 4.5 mm Crochet Hook
• 100gr Yarn: Category No. 2 (fine/baby/sport weight) *
• Yarn Needle (to weave the ends)
• Scissors
(*) I recommend you to choose soft yarn. The softer the better. It can be any type of yarn: wool, merino, cotton,... And if you want the "lacier" look, go for smaller yarn!
About SIZING:
The size of the glove is super adjustable. In the video, I'll show you how to try the chain on your hand to get the right size, after we make a number of chain. If you're crocheting the gloves for someone else, just use your hand as sample to estimate the number of chain 🧙🏼♀️🧙🏼
Make sure you read the PATTERN NOTE in the video (timeline).

for anyone wondering: it takes about three to four hours to crochet one glove depending on how good you are. it took me about five the first time. hope this helps:)

A few things to say! Number one) your voice is incredibly comforting to listen to, and your instructions are incredibly easy to listen to :) Number two) The way you say “okay?” before giving an instruction brings me a lot of joy, as someone who gets anxious trying new things. It makes me feel more at-ease definitely. Number three) your hands are very pretty! Watching you work is mesmerizing, I love watching people work with their hands :) Thank you for the video!

this is a tip that has actually helped me if anyone, like me, has difficulty in remembering how many chains you made, use stitch markers. you can use safety pins, or you can use a sketch pen and mark it. I would recommend doing so every 10 chains or also 5 Hope it helps :)
Love how you made it easy to understand as a beginner this is a big help. Also love the combination of the top and arm warmers they are stunning.

but it all depends on the first chains. I was at row 7 when I realized my arms aren’t as skinny as my hands😢 now unfortunately, I have to repeat it, but thank you so much! Your voice is so soothing and angelic!! Your arms are gorgeous by the way! Your body type is something you should be proud of, love the top btw!❤
I loved it, but I have something to say, the middle of my arm is bigger than the size of that part of the hand that you said to measure the glove. Unfortunately I just realized it before finishing it, so I’m going to do it all again. I was thinking that maybe if I want to get the same appearance I could put some decrease st in the middle! The recipe is easy and the explanation is awesome! Thank you very much for sharing the recipe and for the tutorial! I loooove this crochet tutorial its so easy to understand and turns out really pretty. I have only two thing i could point out. It you have those pin crochet markers you can use them at the beggining of each row so you dont get it all confused, mostly because im a begginer and it helps me keep things tidy and clear and second. My arms get progressively bigger than the meassurement of my palm so i would suggest taking beginning meassurement from the arm just below the elbow and make that in the first row of chains ⛓️ ❤thank you so much for providing this pattern

@ABoCStudio
9 ай бұрын
Hii 💞 in this case, it's likely the tension on your foundation chain is too tight! the chain loops are usually stiff, small and less stretchy than the stitches. When you crochet your stitches in the the chain, the stitches rows open up the fabric while the chain is stiff and tight! To fix this you can either: Loosen up each loop on the hook when you're making the chain Or Use a bigger hook for the chain only, then switch back to the pattern's hook for the stitches
This is look so easy to follow, I love making crochet for myself too. Thank you for sharing your ideas.

Sounds like you have accidentally increased stitches on each row! you can always keep track of the stitche-number yourself by counting the first row and keep it the same in 2nd, 3rd row,... then after just a few times you'll be able to keep it the same all the time without counting 💫 you can also increase stitches any place you need the glove to be larger by just working 2 stitches in 1 stitch, and decrease back by skipping 1 stitch at a time 😉 you can learn increase and decrease stitches method with this quick bikini project: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qmZ9tJSTp8-Tk84.html

The number stitches keep increasing even though i followed your instructions is there a reason why this is happening?😅(your instructions were pretty clear. Love your work❤❤)

May I ask what is the use of turning the work while changing round? Like what’s the difference between other projects that doesn’t require us to turn? Thank you so much I love all your tutorials and amazing designs 🥹🥹🙌🏼🙏🏼
@ABoCStudio
9 ай бұрын
Hii💗, turning is for the sake of the straight chain line (the line on the whole piece created by the chains that you make after slip-stitch to join each round), if you don't turn your work, the shape of your piece would still be fine, but the chain line will be tilted. so if you don't mind that then it's not a big deal✨ (as long as you still have the right number of stitches after each round, then your project will stay in shape) Nevertheless, "turning" is one of the basics method in crochet for lots of pattern , so i do think that its good practice to turn when the pattern tell you to 💞💞 i hope this helpfull
