I made mine. It's beautiful. Thanks for sharing. For those who want to know the number of starting chains, here is it, multiples of 14 plus 8 (14, 28, 42 etc +8) hope this helps. It took me a while to figure it out so thought to share

Lisa Touyon Actually, I did mention it on minute 5:10 that it’s a multiple of 14... The on 5:20 I mentioned to keep counting 1 to 14 until the desired width is reached.

@@Lenysea you did but you didn't add the plus 8. First I did only multiples of 14 but had to undo when I reached the end because I didn't consider 8 chains. The last that has the set of double crochet and chain two (5) and skip two chains and one double crochet (3)

I bought it two years ago at a tent sale in Washington NC. To be honest, I have been searching for this yarn for awhile now and no luck... :( I would say any yarn that requires sz 4 crochet hook would be okay...

I read somewhere that the Lion Brand "Mandala" yarn is somewhat similar, but I don't have any Caron Simply Soft Light Yarn to compare it to.

Vanessa Santiago I used Mandala for a few scarves and had to use a 5.5 mm hook. It’s thicker than the Simply Soft Light... BUT you can definitely use that yarn! ❤️
