Crochet Cocoon Shrug
To make this crochet cocoon shrug you will need a weight 4 yarn. I used about 600g for size small. I would suggest 600g for M, 650g for L/XL. 700g for 2XL/3XL and 750g for 4XL/5XL.
You will also need a 6 mm crochet hook and 2 stitch markers.

Thank you for this pattern! I appreciate the fact you provide how many chains are required for different sizes.

Provide number of chain is tricky cause all the work depend on the yarn, and how you work loose or......the gauge! Better with cm . Sorry english is not my language!

I know what I’m building on Sunday while everyone else watches the Super Bowl...absolutely love this 🥰❤️
Love - love - love this pattern! I have been looking at numerous pattens for a shrug or cardigan to make for a very long time but didn’t fancy any I’d seen ... until now. Thank you so much for this gorgeous shrug, the beautiful pattern and the different sizes. I can hardly wait to get started. 😍
Hello Carrie, Thank you for this lovely pattern as well as the slouchy cardigan, I'm so pleased to find patterns for larger ladies! Much love Lyn
I thought this was going to be a really hard stitch, but I love how easy it appears. This is really gorgeous!!!
I love your calm back ground music. I cant wait to try this pattern. Thsnk you for your video😊

That stitch is absolutely gorgeous and FUN!! Thank you!!!
This is fantastic - everything I was looking for in a pattern and finished product. I love that it's cozy, but the architecture of the texture gives it a nice balance and it looks lux AF. Making this as a bday gift for my wife with Brooklyn Tweed yarns.
Hi Carrie! I just came across this shrug and couldn't resist how beautiful and different it is compared to others I have seen. After watching your video, I can't wait to get started and finished. Thank you for the detailed instructions and beautiful shrug...I can't wait!

Beautiful shrug, wonderful clear instructions. I've had a couple of false starts with other patterns for shrugs, where the instructions were appalling - this one is like a breath of fresh air. Thank you.

Sorry to bother you but she is not answering me. Do you find that this pattern is made to be loose fitting according to the size that you made? The style is definitely loose but being that I am in between sizes I don't want to make myself a crocheted tent :)

Or if you in-between sizes make it slightly larger. Its a shrug so not "fitting" like a conventional jersey
