I really love this little tree, my first one seems okay but the next one, I think I was putting the slip stitch in wrong stitch so not as pointy and had a side hole. Do you put slip stitch in the top of chain 3 or next stitch?, sometimes that’s where I mess up, but again thanks for sharing made the one for my daughters desk at work, she loves it.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Any size thread can be used. The bigger the ply of thread, if you use a pattern like in the video, the bigger the Christmas tree you will get.
