Croatian Coleslaw: A KTs Kitchen Corner video

Happy 4th Of July, and Happy Summer ya'll
Sorry for the camera issues. If I can solve the issues, I will re-upload at a future point, but I didn't want to leave ya'll - or myself - waiting any longer on this.
here's the recipe for my family's Croatian Coleslaw
1 medium head of cabbage (or bag 1 large bag of pre-cut coleslaw mix)
1 small onion peeled and thinly sliced (or a package of pre cut onions)
3/4 cup olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 cup white wine (or cider) vinegar
Salt and freshly ground Pepper to taste
If making with pre-cut produce:
Mix all ingredients together, and cover in refrigerator for 2-12 hours (depending on how long you wish to marinate the flavors). Stir occasionally, and you're ready to enjoy as soon as you'd like.... (if you marinate for over 6 hours, you might be able to add a bit more coleslaw mis).
If making with fresh produce:
Remove any damaged outer leaves from the cabbage. Quarter the head and remove the center core. Shred or thinly slice the cabbage and place in a medium bowl, and add the onion. Wisk together the olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and thoroughly toss the slaw. Allow to marinate for at least 1 to 2 hours (preferably up to 6 for best results), tossing occasionally before serving.
