Okay, no. Yes Toronto beat those two teams, but those two teams are not used to going against teams that park the bus. Tigres is the bus parker, and America loves vertical play. Toronto was dominated by both of those teams. Chivas has been defending the whole tournament so it is something they are used to doing. Costa Rica didnt make it to the quarter finals because they were amazing. They got there because the other teams were in a slump. Same goes for Chivas when they won the Liga MX.

En ese mundial México si tenía mínimo para pasar al 5° partido, Ochoa en gran nivel, Hernández aún no era un agrandado, Guardado en la cúspide de su máximo nivel, Marquéz aún derrochando talento, ni hablar de Oribe, equipazo, pienso yo que de haber jugado Vázquez contra Holanda y si Montes no de hubiera lesionado antes del mundial, calificabamos sin dudas.

Lo de mexico en los mundiales es exactamente lo que le pasa al Cruz azul en liga, si llevaran jugadores de caracter y no a los amigos y a los de siempre, todo seria diferente trabajando la mentalidad, porque aunque en lo individual no tengamos grandisimas figuras en europa, en lo colectivo tenemos para darle guerra al que sea, al que sea simplemente hay que ponerle caracter y que lleven a los que tienen que llevar cosa que esperemos pase en qatar, ojala se alineen los astros y la FMF abra los ojos...

European teams learn from their mistakes and then they improve, Mexico doesn't do that. That's why Mexico always gets stuck at the round of 16, for the 7th CONSECUTIVE World Cup now! That's a crazy statistic! I think it's a cultural thing... Europeans are more disciplined and organized, Mexico (and most Latin American countries) have no discipline and no patience to plan for long term results. They always try to win on talent and effort only, but never on planning and discipline. It's such a waste of potential, not just for Mexico but for other super talented teams too like Colombia, Chile, Paraguay, Peru, etc.

No mi niño, a México le tocó jugar en octavos contra los Países Bajos de Van Persie, Sneijder y Robben en 2014. Y en 2018 le tocó contra el Brasil de Neymar y compañia. A nosotros no nos tocó jugar contra Rusia ni Dinamarca como a los croatas :/

Yes they lost against the best team in tbe world after conceding 2 very unlucky goals in the first half from a free kick that wasnt a free kick and a penalty that wasnt a penalty despite playing much better, and then procedded to concede 2 more through counter attacks due to leaving the wingbacks in 1v1 situations with the french wingers, and then still had the upper hand after scoring their second goal but were unable to score. Now tell me please whatvis it with you mexicans boasting about you guys being so muc better than us and that we only got to the finals because we ended up on the easy side od the bracket when you could of ended up in that side as well if you didnt lose 3-0 to sweden is which lost 2-0 to england which we beat 2-1, and the fact that we bat you in a friendly a few months back with our reserves, the reason you were able to beat us in 2014 was because we werent as tactically sound as in 2018
