I traverse through the heart of the Balkans from my starting location in Zagreb (Croatia), through to Bosnia and Herzegovina where I stay overnight on Buško Lake, the largest man-made reservoir in Europe! I continue through Bosnia to reach my final destination of the charming town of Kotor in Montenegro. Soak in the sun and breathtaking views on my drive from Zagreb to the beautiful city of Kotor. 🌍🚗 You seriously must travel to Montenegro (Zagreb to Kotor) - I did this trip in summer 2023. The border crossing in a private car from Croatia into Montenegro was easy and fast. This vlog is just the start of my experience of Montenegro. Lookout for more content coming soon!

I love the Balkans! really enjoyed driving there for 21 days from Ljubljana, Zagreb,Pula,Split,Plitvicka,Rovi j,Mostar,Dubrovnik,Kotor,Budava, Pristina,Krujë,Skopje,Ohrid, Belgrade and Sofia. Lots of highway tunnels in Croatia and few crazy drivers from Albania, which reminds me of Pinas😂

The car wasn’t rented, its owned so I am not sure if it’s the same for rental cars ☺️
hey could you let me know if I need to do anything when entering Bosnia and what I might need? And also when entering Montenegro from Bosnia what else I may need? (like car insurance) I would really appreciate it.

Hi there! If your passport currently says you need a visa to enter those countries, then you will need to show a visa or an EU residency permit. Car insurance not needed, or at least, they never asked. Really just your passport :) Goodluck and enjoy your road trip through the Balkans!
