Jumpstart is a power surge to get the machine going. For some reason, some machines need a little extra push at the beginning then level out. You can actually hear it if you listen closely right when you start the machine and the jumpstart is on. It'll rev the motor then slow it down to whatever voltage you have it set at.

@@adamdarklord You know, I bet you can get away without it. I think this was a feature they included on the original wireless batteries that carried over to the Bishop collab and they threw it on this one for good measure. I think maybe if you're running the machine at a pretty low voltage and you want that extra kick to get the needle rolling it might come in handy. But I bet you could probably run it without the kickstart just fine.

@@adamdarklord usually only if your using very large needle groupings to get it going . most of the time you wont need it on .on a machine this powerful it probably only becomes useful if your using like a 112 mag to do blackouts or something like that lol.

@@thewizardoftech5075 That makes total sense, especially if it’s a large mag with drying ink on it and you need that extra power to get it going!

First comes in mind just remake of Bishop wand.

Question: does the grip just screw up and down on the thread are does it have center piece that moves the cartridge while the grip rotates while the gap stays the same.

I’m still testing the machine and I’ll address that in the final review! So far it’s been very nice 😉

Does the run timer and hourly rate timer only run while the machine is running or until you stop it ?

The run time starts every time the needle in the machine is on and moving and the session timer is just a stop watch that you can start and stop at anytime. I personally just use the run timer so I don’t have to think about it. I just upload another video showing a bit more of the battery!

I like how u don’t feel ripped off like u actually get a good case instead of a shitty box comes with useful accessories and a big display of it was more hygienic it would be perfect I’m torn between this and acus m1 but m1 has a crappy display but can be cleaned properly…. Ugh I hate my life lol

just out of curiosity, this is a super high priced machine. did they give you it to keep for a review, or is it a loner?. seen a few channels reviewing it lately and i figured they would only send them to the high like 50,000 plus channels. especially with the almost 2k u.s after tax price tag

Every year I’ll buy one or two expensive machines and I was just about to pull the trigger and get the Flux Max and then I seen this come out and needed it! I actually know a few critical sponsored artists and they couldn’t even get a free one. I do get offers to review some tattoo products but I haven’t accepted any of them and if I do I’d state it at the beginning of the video!

@@adamdarklord that makes sense. really if you think of it this entire machine still costs less then some phones out there lol. and phones dont even make you money. i admire there stuff. i just cant justify paying over 300 dollar for a single battery . i get there a pretty smart battery, but still . maybe someday i will bite the bullet but i just use a dragonhawk flip and works great . love the adjustable stroke .

I never had it die on me yet. I’ve done a 9 hour long session at around 8.5 volts!

Are the grips interchangeable with the bishop wand?

I just tested it and they are not compatible. The place where you screw the grip to the bishop is way smaller then the screw point on the critical
