Dr. Charles is truly amazing! He diagnosed the woman so easily. His knowledge of medicine and psychology makes him the best doctor on the show, in my opinion.
I wish we could get a new season where all the OGs are back
Even for a psych consult they are suppose to do blood work, EKG and at least check your vitals. Ive never heard of that not being done first, while waiting for a psych consult in the meantime.

Falsifying consent in this situation is the sort of thing that get's doctors permently disbarred, and is really stupid because there is a very simple procedure - an appointed guardian that would almost certainly agree with the decision to perform surgery.
