Back in the 90s Colbert also appeared in a recurring superhero cartoon spoof on Dana Carvey's show and then Saturday Night Live, voicing Ace, one half of The Ambiguously Gay Duo. (Steve Carell voiced the other character, Gary.)

Pretty sure Beau and Yasha would enjoy serving Jester.

The cut to the dm behind a camera was a genius cut away!

Um actually, in Terran (the language of Earth elementals, which all gargoyles speak), "LUKEJAK" is a common battle cry, often used before sieges. It roughly translates to "I will tear down your walls." It's the sort of thing that Matt would know. I suspect that the gargoyles were content to keep things chill and just keep an eye on the camp until that was shouted out loud.

For I... AM LUCKY JACK. Such an odd line for the situation, the smile Stephen had on his face, together with the glance into the distance while delivering it too made it even more priceless 🤣🤣

This one shot was really awful to listen to. Absolutely a clusterfuck. Cringed constantly. All the way up to Matt deus ex machina-ing an ending because it was taking too long and going nowhere. I'm glad it raised money for a good cause though. Nice animatic.

Honestly I'm impressed that Colbert managed to make it relatively engaging even when paired with the three worst characters of C2.
