The retrograde planets eventually turn direct. You can check this in your Progressed chart. When a Progressed planet stations direct from the retrograde motion this is usually a turning point in a person's life. Pluto is approaching your Venus, big transformation in the love/financial sphere is coming up..

So with that Sun at 29° you might be impatient, but also you might have thia strong need to accomplish something significant, there's often a sense of urgency with this placement, you might be dealing with lots of endings in your life too. I enjoy looking at the solar arc chart. In the solar arc chart the planets move a degree a year. So you can very easily calculate it looking at your own chart. Look at your Moon for example and its degree, how many degrees is it missing to reach the 29th degree? Perhaps you are already on your second round if your natal Moon is at a late degree..I hope this helps!

When I’m passionate about a hobby/subject I’ll explore the depths of it (Mercury in Scorpio 9th house). I think my moon in Taurus makes me less risky and sometimes stubborn because financial stability and comforts matter to me lol.

Out of bounds planets is a topic for another occasion, but 0 degree is not an out of bounds degree. A planet’s declination needs to exceed 23 degrees 27 minutes, either North or South of the equator, for it to be out of bounds. It's a fascinating topic! Mars in Capricorn is a very good placement! 👍
