It's 100% a privilege to have grown up watching them play on tv. The two greatest, most passionate & humble at the same time. It's the fans that create tbe rivalry and sometimes hate. I can't end this without mentioning Ronaldinho. These three together is something the next generation can only dream of witnessing.

As a Portuguese, I can assure everybody that Cristiano truly is a good person. He overcame a terribly poor and toxic childhood, worked very hard, and remains a true friend to his real friends. He deserves a lot of respect.
