### Preparing the Dough
1. **Mix Ingredients:** In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, , and salt.
2. **Add Oil:** Add the oil or ghee to the flour mixture. Mix well until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.
3. **Knead Dough:** Gradually add water and knead into a firm dough. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

1. **Heat Oil:** Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
