1. 2 potatoes.
2. Squeeze out the excess juice.
3. Add 1 tbsp (15 g) melted butter.
4. Salt and pepper.
5. ½ tbsp butter.
6. Fry for 11-13 minutes at a low heat, until the underside becomes gold and crispy.
7. Flip over using a plate.
8. Fry until the other side is golden brown.
9. 1 Shallot.
10. Olive oil, fry 2-3 minutes.
11. 4 sausages.
12. Airfry at 400° F (200° C) for18-20 minutes, or in the oven for 25 minutes.
13. Add 4 tsp of mild carry powder and 1 tsp of garlic powder.
14. Add ¾ cups (180 ml) of chicken stock.
15. 2 tsp paprika, ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper.
16. 2 tsp of Worcestershire sauce, ½ cup (120 ml) of tomato ketchup.
17. Cook at a low heat for 3-4 minutes.
