I just did this and it tasted great, i alter the ingredients a little by seasoning the flour with salt, black pepper and little of the cheese powder that is in the macaroni box after it is done I sprinkled the cheese powder on top of it 😋

Since I couldn't find all those spices I replaced it with garam masala, chicken masala, chilli powder, salt and sugar... And it was phenomenal.... NB:sugar is the secret ingredient

Amazing macroni

just a friendly tipp, if you put oil in the pasta water you remove the ability to have sauce sticking to your pasta, same goes for the cold water after cooking them. also put the water after the water started to boil in it because the salt in the water increases the time of the water to reach the boilingpoint

I can definitely say that sauce has no problem sticking to pasta when adding oil to the water (olive oil)... it's the only way we boil pasta, and that has never been an issue. Also, the oil helps the pasta from sticking together, because that actually IS a possibility. Adding of salt doesn't alter the time to boil in any significant, perceptive way... seems weird that you'd point all of that out.

@@TheJhigdon hi jennifer....these are basically indian spices....u can try a local indian spice shop...but a little word of advise is to go lightly on the chilli powders....indian chillies are often very hot
