Crispy Fry Boti - Chatkhara Fry Boti Eid Special by Lively cooking
ingredients
For marination
beef or mutton boti half kg
salt 1 tsp or to taste
ginger paste or powder half tsp
garlic paste or powder half tsp
red chili flakes 1 tsp or to taste
red chili powder 1 tsp or to taste
crushed coriander 2 tsp
crushed cumin 1 tsp
garam masala half tsp
lemon juice or vinegar 1 tbsp.
yoghurt or cream 1 tbsp.
marinate overnight and then cook on low flame with half cup water or add some water and pressure cook for 20 minutes directly
for coating
eggs 02
bread crumbs 1 and half cup
green coriander chopped optional
red chili flakes half tsp optional
oil for deep frying
