Chicken boneless 300gm
yogurt 1/2 Cup
garlic and ginger paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
red Chilli powder 1 tsp
dry coriander powder 1 tsp
red Chilli flakes 1 tsp
black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
food color 1 pinch(optional)
oil 1-2 tbsp
onion slices 1 cup
fresh coriander leaves
All-purpose flour(maida) 2 tbsp
water as required
Roll patti
oil for fry
